Allergic Rhinitis attack since sunday.

Has been sneezing non stop for days. It comes and goes. Goodness. Using my Nasonex spray, but it does seems to be helping much. I don't blame it, cus i haven't been compliant with the use of it. It has to be used faithfully for a long period of time, before you get to see the effects.

Lik sister, like brother... My brother was diagnosed with it since young. So far so good for him, but recently it started again. Gonna get my supply soon, cus my spray running low. Has to be good girl and start spraying daily, dun wanna be sick when i go for holidays.

YEAH!!!
Flying off in less than 1 week times! HOLIDAYS MOOD!
